Before THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT and PARANORMAL ACTIVITY, there was UFO ABDUCTION. This pioneering "found-footage" movie featured a family being abducted by aliens as told from the P.O.V. of a family members home video camera. The innovative video was so realistic that it caused an uproar at the International UFO Congress Convention. Shot in just one night, in one take, the film would go on to be remade for UPN Network, generating the network its highest primetime ratings for a TV movie.
